Delivery and Returns

DELIVERY

 

For orders placed before 12 noon (GMT) on a business day, Luxury Artisan aims to ship the same day, subject to stock availability. Any orders placed after 12 noon (GMT) will be shipped the following business day. For orders placed at the weekend, shipment will take place on the following Monday (except on bank holidays).

Delivery is generally by courier. For lower value items, Royal Mail recorded delivery may also be used.

All deliveries require a signature.

* For products stocked in the UK; wallets, gloves, belts, accessories, key holders, cufflinks and stationery, delivery is 3 to 4 business days, subject to stock availability. For products that will be shipped directly to you from Italy; mainly bags and some accessories, please allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery.

Delivery is either by Royal Mail Airsure or by courier. Larger items, such as briefcases and luggage, tend to be shipped by courier directly from Italy.

IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

 

Luxury Artisan offers Tax-Free shopping for non-EU customers. The 20% UK VAT is automatically deducted at the checkout.

For non-EU customers, import duties and taxes may be charged by Customs once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient of the parcel, and must be paid by them. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.

The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees, should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.

 

RETURNS


FREE Returns from the UK

 

 

Luxury Artisan will refund your purchase in full, net of the delivery charge, within 30 days of the shipment date, if you are dissatisfied with the goods, for whatever reason.

 

Please return the goods in their original packaging.

If you want to return a product please email rupert@luxuryartisan.com with your name, order number and reason for return. Luxury Artisan will then advise the method of return delivery, which will be free of charge to you.

 

Once the goods have been checked as being in the original packaging and undamaged, the refund will be made directly on to your payment card. It may take several days for the refund to show on to your credit card.

 

RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE THE UK

 

All returns from outside the UK are at the customers’ expense.

If you want to return a product please email rupert@luxuryartisan.com with your name, order number and reason for return.

 

Please ensure that the goods are fully insured to the retail value, and sent by secure post (equivalent to registered post in the UK, where a signature is required on receipt).

 

Once the goods have been received by Luxury Artisan, and are checked to be in order, your full refund, net of the delivery cost, will be processed back on to your payment card. It may take several days for the payment to show on your credit card.
